Keys Snow – Profile:
Keys Snow was born and raised up in Mookgophogng in South Africa, an environment that helped him develop a natural sense for the elegant & graceful. Having played piano a lot from a young age at church, he grew up to adopt numerous styles some of include jazz, fusion and contemporary. He was immediately attracted to the deep, soulful and afro qualities of house music and found his genre in the world’s dance-lounges - places like Ayana’s Rock Bar, Kalawa-Jazzmee Lounge, House 22, Co-fi and Cappello, where dancing and style seemed to co-exist effortlessly.
Moving to Pretoria he quickly gained acclaim for his sophisticated DJ sets that blend different styles in a seamless flow creating variety for his audience. Whether it is deep, soul or afro beat in clubs, outdoor venues or even restaurants, Snow' music always stands out as unique. He has participated in a number of DJ nights, spinning alongside Martin Eats, Vinny da Vinci, Blackcoffee, Culoe de Song, Sisco, GregNate, Mo-Flava, Rowick Deep and for the likes of Rock the girls, Diamond Nights, Our House, Martin Eats SA Tour and numerous events.
In Studio, Snow has worked with some of the best musicians like Jared Douglas, Zano, Mpho Maboi, Kay and producers like Martin Eats, Sisco, Rowick Deep and GregNate. Snow has released four singles and remixed eight singles that some of have earned him kudos from international heavyweights like Qweentin Harris, Blackcoffee, Martin Eats, Glen Lewis, Cpen, and have feature on numerous projects including Travelled Far, Lutho and Happiness together with GregNate.
Snow’s style is unique. A double threat as he not only Djs but he also plays Keys live. Respected as a performer in his homeland and loved overseas as a Producer and Remixer – Snow has been touted as the one to watch on the South African Dance scene.

Following his first underground mixtape which was debut in 2009, Snow complied and mixed tracks from all over the world including some of his own( Track 02 : Harp so sad and track 06 : Ngikukhuza njalo his Afrik soul mix), It is the journey travelled through music that inspired this to be a fusion of different sounds of Afro, Soul,Deep and Urban dance, with tracks from Louie Vega, Jazzanova, Home and Garden, Distant People, Blackcoffee and many more, this is what one can expect from this exciting Mixtape.
